What exactly is Roomie Match?
Roomie Match is our compatibility engine. Instead of just matching you to "any available bed in your budget," it pairs you with PGs (and roommates inside them) based on real lifestyle signals: sleep schedule, food preferences, work hours, gender preference, smoking, cleanliness habits, social style, and more. Two people with identical budgets in the same area can still be terrible roommates — Roomie Match exists so you don't find that out the hard way.
How is Staazy different from existing PG sites?
Existing platforms are listings catalogues — they hand you 200 options and disappear. We don't list, we match. Every PG on Staazy is on-site verified. Every tenant is KYC-verified. Every match is ranked by fit, not by who paid for ad placement. And we charge zero brokerage to either side.
When are you launching?
We're opening invite-only access in early 2026, starting with Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune. Waitlist members get in first, get free Roomie Match for six months, and get matched before the public launch.
I'm a PG owner. Why should I list with you?
Because you're tired of junk leads, no-shows, and tenants who leave in 30 days. We send you only the tenants who actually fit your property — so you fill beds faster, retain longer, and stop wasting weekends on visits that go nowhere. The first 100 owners get a verified badge plus featured placement at launch — totally free.
Do you take a commission or brokerage?
Zero brokerage. Ever. From either side. We're building a model that's free for tenants and fair for owners — pricing details will be shared closer to launch, but the principle is set.
Which cities are you starting in?
We're going live first in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune. Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Chennai are next — sign up on the waitlist and pick your city, we'll notify you the moment we open up there.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We collect only what's needed to make a good match. Your contact info is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never visible to anyone you haven't matched with. KYC verification happens through certified providers and is encrypted end-to-end.
