Bhargav grew up around PGs — his family is in the PG business, so he's seen every version of how this works and where it breaks. Before Staazy, he ran Webvista with Yashwanth and Santosh, where the three of them scaled a media agency to seven figures in college at 18. He leads product and sales here, but jumps into whatever needs doing.
LinkedInYashwanth has lived in PGs for over a year, so the user research starts with his own life and extends outward — talking to tenants, pressure-testing ideas, figuring out what's actually worth building. He shapes design and strategy at Staazy, and spends a lot of time refining the rough ideas into something that holds up.
LinkedInSantosh has also spent the last year living in PGs, so he gets both sides of the problem. He handles marketing and growth, but spends just as much time on operations strategy and how we actually scale city by city.
